I’m gonna be honest with you here. What I always dreamed of for Valentine’s Day…the ultimate gift in my teenage eyes…was a heart-shaped box of chocolate. I remember looking at them in the drug store when I was a kid and thinking that they were the height of romance. The bigger the better. The more assorted the steamier. The ultimate token of love. Of course, I wanted a prom dress from the Deb Shop at the Mall, too, if that’s any kind of a taste-level barometer. But honestly, I still want a heart-shaped box of chocolate for Valentine’s Day. Preferably from the schmancy chocolatier at Chelsea Market. But…if you want to throw in some flowers and cookies too, Doc Hubby, that would be a-ok.
After tasting a Cheryl’s cookie I received at a 1-800Flowers.com Mother’s Day event two years ago, my husband declared it to be the best cookie he’s ever tasted. I’ve got some baking game, and took a wee bit of umbrage with that statement. Until I tasted it. I have to say, Cheryl’s delicious moist sugar cookies covered in decadent frosting and decorated so charmingly, are absolutely divine.
I first found out about the amazing $5 Cookie Greetings from Cheryls last October. For five bucks (and that includes shipping) you can send a delicious, frosted, beautifully boxed cookie anywhere in the continental U.S. The Halloween ones were adorable, and I just sent a Cheryl’s Happy Face Greeting to a friend who needs a smile these days. I love that you can choose any color. And the Thank You cookies are the perfect gifts when you want to give an extra special thanks to someone special.
Cheryl’s has two terrific Cookie Greetings for Valentine’s Day–a sweet pink heart Valentine Cookie Greeting and the adorable Hug Bug Cookie Greeting. I am so excited to be sending a Hug Bug to my little Bean (thanks Cheryl’s!)…mostly because that’s one BIG cookie for one little girl. Guess her Daddy and I will have to share a bit of that Valentine’s Day love too! I am a true fan of this product. For a little over the cost of a card and a stamp, and way less than a box of candy or flowers, you can send a Valentine’s Day gift that your Valentine will really remember.
And thanks to the good people at Cheryl’s, THREE Babies Gotta Have It readers will each win one Hug Bug Cookie to send to their Hug Bugs! Want to enter? Read on!

Your email address will remain private and not be shared with anyone. Giveaway only open to those with U.S. addresses. Must be 18 or older to win. Giveaway begins on Friday January 27th and ends on Sunday February 5th at 11:59 Eastern Standard Time. Very soon after, Random.org will select 3 winners and I’ll email them immediately. After my daughter called Larry the Cable guy the last time she did a drawing, we have decided to take a little vacation from her choosing the winner. Random.org is in no way as cute and unpredictable as my daughter, but it is much more efficient and does not use any pieces of paper, even recycled ones. I am sure you will understand. Thanks for entering!
Update! We have winners! Random.org says, “Result 20, Result 17, Result 42.” Congratulations brooket, 1955nurse, and Danielle! And thanks so much to everyone who entered!
